Refund Policy

At Learn Technology Today, we provide digital educational content and online services. Because these products are delivered instantly after payment, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

A refund is applicable only under the following circumstances:

  1. Website Inaccessibility After Payment
    A refund may be granted if the Learn Technology Today website is inaccessible after payment and the user is unable to access the purchased course or service due to a verified system issue on our end.

  2. Not Satisfied Within 3 Days After Payment
    A refund request may be submitted within three (3) days after payment if the user is not satisfied with the course or service, provided that the request is made within the allowed refund period. Please note that your progress and account in the refunded training / course will be deleted as well as your certificates if already completed.

Refund Expiration

  1. No Refunds After 3 Days
    No refunds will be issued after three (3) days have passed from the date of payment, regardless of usage, progress, or completion status.

Definition of Website Inaccessibility

“Inaccessible” means:

  • The user cannot log in due to a system or server issue, and

  • The purchased content cannot be accessed, and

  • The issue is confirmed by our support team and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchase

  • Lack of time to complete the course

  • Dissatisfaction reported after the 3-day refund period

  • Internet, device, browser, or user-side technical issues

  • Failure to follow access or login instructions

  • Incorrect email address provided during checkout (unless resolved through support)

How to Request a Refund

  • Email used during purchase

  • Order ID or transaction reference

  • Reason for the refund request
